As our organization has fewer than 250 employees and data processing is not our core activity, a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is not required under Article 37 GDPR. However, all data protection inquiries can be directed to the email above.

We do NOT collect: trading account data, brokerage credentials, financial positions, portfolio information, or trading history. NQSharp has no access to your trading accounts.

4. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically the United States, for payment processing (LemonSqueezy) and email delivery (Resend). These transfers are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, or based on the service provider's certification under applicable data protection frameworks.

AI synthesis processes only publicly available market data (prices, indicators) — no personal user data is sent to AI providers.

8. Automated Decision-Making

NQSharp uses automated algorithms to generate market analysis scores, including AI-powered market synthesis. These automated processes analyze publicly available market data (prices, indicators, news) and do not process your personal data. No automated decisions are made about you personally based on profiling.

9. Cookies

Essential cookies: We use a session cookie (nqsharp_session) for authentication. This is strictly necessary for the service to function and does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individual users. No analytics cookies are set.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.

10. Children

NQSharp is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or Telegram notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
